We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join the Triton Poker commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is focused on generating revenue through sponsorship sales, commercial partnerships, and new business development.

You will identify prospects, pitch solutions, close deals, and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing. This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a proven ability to hit targets in fast-paced industries such as sports, entertainment, luxury, or events.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sponsorship and partnership sales to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads across key sectors: luxury, finance, crypto, lifestyle, tech, automotive, and more.
  • Build strong pipelines and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.

Pitching & Negotiation

  • Present Triton's value proposition clearly and persuasively to senior decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and close high-value partnerships.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong relationships with brands, agencies, and global partners.
  • Represent Triton at tournaments, industry events, and networking forums to strengthen opportunities.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Events, Production, and Finance to create attractive, sellable inventory.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to internal teams for activation.

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates on targets, pipeline strength, and market opportunities.

Job Requirements

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 510 years of sales experience in sponsorship, media, events, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of sectors like Crypto, Finance, Luxury, Technology, Lifestyle, Beverages, Fitness, etc.
  • Bonus: Experience in the gaming or poker industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident communicator who can pitch to executives and senior brand partners.
  • Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Strong commercial instinct and ability to identify revenue opportunities.

Language & Communication

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required for working with global partners.

Other Requirements

  • Comfortable travelling internationally for events and meetings.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
