Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Johor Baharu. The Sales Associate will handle day-to-day sales activities, including reaching out to potential customers, demonstrating products or services, closing sales, and maintaining a positive relationship with existing customers. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining knowledge of company offerings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship-building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities tailored toward engaging potential clients.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and goal-oriented team environment.
• Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills to manage sales activities effectively.
• Experience in sales or related fields is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and self-motivation to excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
