Job Description

  • Drive endtoend change strategies that support new processes, technologies, and service delivery enhancements.
  • Develop structured change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication timelines, and readiness assessments.
  • Partner closely with global and regional leaders, including Shared Services stakeholders, to align change priorities and implementation.
  • Create and execute effective communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging throughout the change journey.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and address risks, concerns, and support needs proactively.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Regional Communications & Change Management Lead should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Background in a large multinational, shared services SSC / global business services GBS, or consulting environment
  • Proven experience in communications and organizational change management
  • Excellent written & verbal communication with strong cultural awareness
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to simplify complex messages
  • High adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for the people side of change
  • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate dynamic environments
