Job Description
- Drive endtoend change strategies that support new processes, technologies, and service delivery enhancements.
- Develop structured change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication timelines, and readiness assessments.
- Partner closely with global and regional leaders, including Shared Services stakeholders, to align change priorities and implementation.
- Create and execute effective communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging throughout the change journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and address risks, concerns, and support needs proactively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Communications & Change Management Lead should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Background in a large multinational, shared services SSC / global business services GBS, or consulting environment
- Proven experience in communications and organizational change management
- Excellent written & verbal communication with strong cultural awareness
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to simplify complex messages
- High adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for the people side of change
- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate dynamic environments
