About the Role

Responsible for communicating AIA products, services, brands and corporate developments to external stakeholders and internal employees

. Coordinate the development of advertising and marketing communication materials to effectively represent AIA products, services and brands
. Apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness and encourage a preference and response by the target audience
. Develop and implement AIA's internal communication strategy so that that all employees can find and understand relevant information
. Implement policies and programmes to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees
. Develop and coordinate lines of communication within AIA
. Develop and coordinate multimedia packages
