We are looking for a Senior Communications Executive to join our team and support a wide range of communications initiatives, from content creation and digital engagement to stakeholder coordination and brand management. This is a hands-on, dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editorial
- Develop engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, blogs, video scripts, speeches, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with external agencies where needed to produce multimedia content (e.g. videos, reels)
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms
- Monitor performance and use insights to improve content strategy
- Support the development of digital campaigns to increase reach and engagement
Media & Corporate Communications
- Assist with media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and responding to enquiries
- Support the development of annual reports and corporate materials
- Coordinate responses to public feedback in collaboration with internal teams
Internal Communications
- Support internal campaigns, updates, and engagement initiatives
- Assist in managing internal platforms such as the intranet
Brand & Visual Identity
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials
- Review collaterals to align with brand guidelines and messaging
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience managing social media and digital content
- Good eye for design; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in social impact and community work
