What you'll do
- End-to-End Process Execution
- Own the full recruitment cycle for Core Builder candidates: including channel sourcing, initial outreach, screening, online interviews, background verification, and onboarding guidance.
- Independently manage weekly recruitment progress reporting and maintain the candidate database.
- Channel Development & Proactive Outreach
- Go beyond existing public channels; proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through targeted channels such as Web3 social circles, creator communities, trading groups, and KOL referrals.
- Explore and establish at least 10 sustainable referral channels (social media/ community/ forum, etc) for Core Builders.
- Support Materials & Process Optimization
- Assist in optimizing recruitment scripts, interview evaluation criteria, and onboarding materials.
- Provide feedback on process bottlenecks and help refine recruitment standards during execu
What you'll need
- Industry Network & Insight: Familiar with the Web3 and TradFi/US stock trading landscape. Must possess relevant social network resources to quickly identify and reach creators who are active traders and willing to share their insights.
- Communication & Assessment Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clearly conveying project value. Able to assess a candidate's authenticity, content ability, and product adoption willingness through concise interactions.
- Execution & Result Orientation: Ability to work independently through the entire process. Must be organized, maintain clear records, provide timely updates, and deliver results proactively within a flexible schedule
