Community Navigator (Pink Ribbon Centre Ipoh)

At Cancer Research Malaysia (CRMY), we are committed to closing the gap in cancer care by improving early detection and access to breast cancer treatment for underserved communities.

We are looking for a Community Navigator to support breast cancer patients and their families through diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures patients receive seamless, coordinated care by providing education, resources, and community connections ultimately improving cancer care outcomes

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Guide patients through the healthcare system, addressing barriers to timely car
• e.Coordinate appointments and liaise with healthcare teams to improve outcome
• s.Conduct home visits for welfare assessment, education, and follow-u
• p.Connect patients with local resources, entitlements, and support service
• s.Collaborate with agencies, NGOs, and community partners to enhance support network
