Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Company Accountant & HR located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The individual will handle financial accounting tasks including bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role involves HR responsibilities such as managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, payroll administration, coordinating employee benefits, and fostering positive workplace culture in adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and managing budgets
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in recruitment processes, employee records management, and payroll administration
  • Capability to coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems
  • Prior experience in a similar dual-role position is advantageous
