Company Secretarial & Compliance Support
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory filings, forms, and returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other relevant authorities.
- Assist in coordinating Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including the preparation of notices, agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, corporate records, and company secretarial documentation.
- Provide administrative and documentation support during internal, statutory, and secretarial audits, as well as regulatory reviews.
- Assist in managing correspondence and communication with shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Corporate Relations Support
- Support communication and engagement with shareholders, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the necessary information for corporate communications and reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in a company secretarial firm or corporate secretarial department, experience in managing listed company is a MUST.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
