Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, located in Selayang, Selangor. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and managing compensation programs, conducting salary banding and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures, company Insurance and ensure on development of company policies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing compensation data to support decision-making, developing compensation strategies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with HR and leadership teams to align compensation systems with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Compensation Planning, Compensation Management, and developing Compensation Structures
  • Experience in conducting Job Evaluations and creating pay scales based on role requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills, including data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
  • Understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-CP/SC) is a plus
  • Prior experience in compensation and benefits planning within the retail or wholesale industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of the organization
