Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Cyberjaya

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonuses and incentive programmes.
• Manage employee benefits and insurance programmes.
• Support payroll and compensation-related matters.
• Prepare C&B reports, analysis and HR data for management.
• Review and improve C&B policies, processes and guidelines.
• Ensure C&B practices comply with Malaysia employment regulations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on HR and C&B projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, salary review, bonus/incentive and benefits management.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with good attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Malaysia employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Data Centre, Technology, Engineering or Construction industries is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
