Job Description

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Specialist

You will be part of the Compensation & Benefits team, providing support in the designing, implementation, administration, and review of compensation and benefits programmes across the Mediacorp Group. The job grade will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involvement in the implementation, administration, and ongoing review of compensation and benefits programmes to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organisational needs
  • Review and implement human resources policies and procedures for Mediacorp group of companies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and the Collective Agreement
  • Conduct job evaluations and compensation and benefits market benchmarking, providing analysis and insights aligned with industry trends
  • Conduct the annual salary review and performance bonus cycles, including analysis, modelling, and execution of the annual performance, salary and promotion review cycles
  • Provide analytical support and recommendations on salary structures and rewards frameworks for Singapore and overseas offices
  • Administer expatriate and overseas compensation and benefits matters, ensuring accurate application of policies and compliance requirements
  • Support the review, enhancement, and implementation of benefits programmes, including employee health and wellbeing initiatives, with supporting cost and impact analysis
  • Be involved in HR and C&B-related projects, contributing subject matter expertise and analytical support to enhance reward programmes in line with organisational objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter resource, providing guidance and advice on compensation and benefits matters

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, with strong technical depth
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver quality outcomes under tight timelines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
