We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compensation Benefits Specialist to join our team full-time at our office located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Compensation Benefits Specialist will oversee and manage employee compensation structures, analyze and administer benefits programs, and conduct job evaluations to ensure equitable pay standards. The role will also involve assisting with the implementation of salary reviews and compliance with compensation-related regulations, along with providing support for inquiries related to employee benefits and compensation packages.

• Skills in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits analysis
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management
• Expertise in Job Evaluation methodologies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar compensation and benefits-focused role is advantageous
