We are seeking an innovative and technically driven Competitive Intelligence Engineer to join our organization.
This role is critical in designing and developing advanced systems that automate competitor tracking and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making across EISG CoE.
As part of the team you will architect data pipelines, build AI/ML models, and maintain predictive market frameworks that guide portfolio planning, SPR, and FY strategies.
Your work will enable quarterly intelligence on competitor movements across 20+ companies, financial and supply chain analytics, and scenario modelling to support agile responses and NPI strategy planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Advanced Systems
Architect automated data pipelines for competitor tracking and intelligence gathering.
Build AI/ML models for predictive analytics and scenario simulation.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Modelling
Deliver quarterly insights on competitor movements across 20+ companies.
Maintain predictive market models to support SPR and FY planning.
Perform financial and supply chain analytics to guide strategic decisions.
Innovation & Decision Support
Drive initiatives to enhance competitive intelligence capabilities.
Develop tools and frameworks that enable rapid response during portfolio planning.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for comprehensive analysis.
Deliver executive-ready insights through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Market Research, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market modelling, or advanced analytics.
Strong expertise in AI/ML, predictive modelling, and data pipeline architecture.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Test & Measurement (T&M) products preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
