Compliance Administrator (Chinese speaker)

Role Description The Compliance Administrator (Chinese speaker) is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater São Paulo Area. This role is responsible for monitoring and implementing regulatory compliance procedures, maintaining accurate records, and supporting risk management activities related to local and international regulations. The Compliance Administrator will review documentation, assist with internal audits, prepare compliance reports, and help develop and update policies and procedures. The role includes regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking partners or clients, to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with applicable regulations. The person in this position will collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to ensure that business activities meet legal and regulatory standards while supporting efficient workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong Regulatory Compliance knowledge and experience interpreting and applying relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking partners.
• Robust Analytical Skills to review data, identify risks, and propose practical compliance solutions.
• Basic understanding of Finance and its relationship to compliance, such as transaction monitoring and documentation standards.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and proficiency in English; Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consultancy, corporate compliance, or a regulated industry is preferred.
