Role Summary
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role assists in monitoring compliance risks, conducting reviews, preparing reports, and supporting audits and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business
- Assist in implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Support licensing and regulatory reporting requirements
Monitoring & Review
- Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits
- Monitor transactions or business activities for potential risks
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain compliance registers and records
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators
- Assist in drafting policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
Risk & Control
- Support risk assessments and control testing
- Escalate compliance breaches or incidents
- Assist in remediation plans
Training & Communication
- Support staff training on compliance matters
- Promote compliance awareness across departments
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk, or related field
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in compliance / risk / audit / legal / financial services preferred
- Experience in AML / KYC / CTF / Financial Services / Payments / FX is advantageous

- ICA Certificate in Compliance
