Role Overview
Join our Compliance & Employee Relations team to support investigative processes, compliance documentation, employee-relations case tracking, and data-driven reporting. This role offers strong exposure to real-world HR case management and compliance frameworks in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the investigation process by transcribing fact-finding sessions and organizing evidence and case chronology.
- Conduct hygiene checks on Industrial Relations (IR) reports extracted from Workday.
- Perform hygiene checks on the IR Tracker (Excel-based).
- Support the migration of IR cases within Workday.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong data analysis capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience or interest in communications, branding, and engagement materials (e.g., newsletters, surveys).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
