Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all company/Forex platform operations comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Develop, review, and update Compliance, AML, and KYC policies.
- Monitor transactions to identify, report, and handle risks related to fraud and money laundering.
- Coordinate with partners, banks, PSPs, and audit teams when required.
- Support the preparation of legal documents and periodic compliance reports.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes in the international Forex/Trading industry.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Compliance within Forex / Trading / Prop Firm / Fintech industries.
- Educational background in Law.
- Good understanding of Forex trading models, IB systems, traders, and funding accounts is a strong advantage.
- Good English reading and writing skills (for communication with international partners).
- Detail-oriented, strong sense of confidentiality, and solid riskassessment mindset.
