The role what is it we would like you to do

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of the Global Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Yearly review of core documentation standard updates, version control, approvals and filing
  • Maintenance of country variations and annual updates.
  • Yearly development and administration of the annual external and internal audit plan (for the countries in scope)
  • Month by month scheduling of external and internal audits.
  • External audits country preparation administration, scheduling meetings, notifications for documentation, collation and filing of supporting information.
  • Internal audits liaising with countries to for routine internal audits to be performed as per periodic schedule office safety checks, annual safety checks, physical and information security checks, environmental information updates.
  • Internal audits quality liaising with countries to ensure they schedule peer to peer project quality checks and collating the information centrally.
  • Maintaining all country information in the central SharePoint and answering ad-hoc queries as necessary.
  • Quality systems directly administering and championing the application of quality managements systems for the support service teams based in Malaysia.

Essential qualifications required:

  • ISO either qualified ISO auditor or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administering management systems.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Audit or Compliance qualifications.
  • Essential sector experience required:
  • No sector experience, however proven experience with management systems / standardization / process control.
  • SharePoint / MS Office experience

Soft skills required:

  • Excellent English spoken and written.
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated and methodical.
  • Ability to liaise with all countries and management to maintain a good working relationship.
  • Ability to take initiative and be assertive and professional in executing audit activities.
