We are currently seeking a Conference Delegate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to contribute to our growth and success.

Job Description:

As a Conference Delegate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving attendee participation in our conferences and events. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and engage potential delegates, providing them with information about our events and persuading them to register. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to meet and exceed attendance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential conference delegates through various sources, including databases, social media, and industry publications.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to tailor sales pitches and strategies effectively.

Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage potential delegates. Present the value proposition of attending our conferences and address any inquiries or objections.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with delegates and key decision-makers. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive experience.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual delegate sales targets by effectively closing sales and converting leads into registered delegates.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, delegate interactions, and sales pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress toward targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and event teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and ensure a coordinated approach to attracting delegates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent to related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in sales or delegate acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Knowledge of the industry or events sector is advantageous.
