Configuration Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead ECO change management supporting production implementation

• Coordinate the ECOs/MCOs/DEVs process internally. Flawless execution on tracking the implementation of ECO/ECN by utilizing Engineering Management System (EMS)

• Verify BOM2CAD compare report from CIMCAM after the ECN releasedBill of Materials (BOMs)

• Responsible for setting up, manage and revise all the customers product information, i.e. BOMs, part numbers and AVLs to have proper control on PCBA and HLA revision

• Streamline the BOM structure setup with Product Engineer for assembly sequence control, traceability data collection and material back flush accuracy Agile System

• Validate and ensure all document packages such as Assembly DWG, Fabrication DWG, Procedure & Test and Manufacturing Instruction available and upload to Agile systems

• Manage packaging type for SMT component to ensure manufacturability. This include maintaining all the new parts packaging (T&R, tray or tube) into part description database in Agile

Other Production Supports

• Review and maintain database of the passive parts spec tolerance for production LCR data measurement to proactively support eliminate wrong initiatives

• Verify and release incoming parts for both electrical and mechanical which has unclear component info at problematic area (FCPA)

• Enforce and manage ePR (eProduction Release) for controlling the latest route and customer revision to the production floor before WO build.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
• Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
• Has knowledge in PCBA assembly process flow would be an advantage.
• Able to read technical drawing and mechanical BOM
• Experience in machine design
