JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as the administrative linchpin, expertly handling office tasks like document control, project filing, and correspondence, ensuring the smooth operation of the construction office.
2. Lead the financial aspects of construction projects, including budget monitoring, invoice management, and preparation of financial reports, to maintain fiscal discipline and transparency.
3. Work in close partnership with project managers to integrate financial and administrative aspects of projects, promoting efficiency and cohesion.
4. Perform consistent account reconciliations and provide support in month-end closing processes, contributing to the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
5. Take a pivotal role in the administration of contracts, focusing on compliance and precision to uphold contractual standards.
6. Serve as a primary liaison for clients and vendors, fostering robust and professional relationships that enhance business interaction
