Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Consultant Analyst, Consultant, and Business Development Head will contribute to client engagements by conducting detailed organizational analysis, formulating strategies, and recommending actionable solutions. Responsibilities include providing consulting support in human capital and business development, collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives, and assisting with financial planning and strategy development. Additionally, the role involves effective communication and report preparation to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and drive insights.
• Proficiency in consulting and management consulting practices to deliver strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and prepare reports.
• Knowledge in finance, including budgeting and strategic financial analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and independently as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; relevant advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving business development initiatives is highly valued.
