We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Consultant who is confident engaging corporate decision-makers and converting qualified leads into closed deals.

This role focuses on consultative selling understanding organisational needs and recommending customised learning solutions.

What You'll Be Selling:

  • Teambuilding Solutions
  • HRD Corp Claimable Programs
  • Learning & Development Solutions

You'll be selling impact not just programs/solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Strong in lead conversion and objection handling
  • Confident in client meetings and presentations
  • Target-driven with consistent follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and revenue targets
  • Possesses own car and valid driving licence (client visits required)
