We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Consultant with a strong business process foundation. You will play a key role in leading NetSuite projects, working closely with Supply Chain Managers, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, and key business stakeholders across F&B, retail, and distribution industries.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation cycles from requirements gathering to go-live & post-implementation support
- Drive solution design and configuration across Finance and related modules
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and best-practice processes
- Manage stakeholder expectations and present confidently to C-suite and finance leadership
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to clients and junior team members
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 35 years experience in ERP consulting, Oracle NetSuite preferred
- 23 full-cycle ERP implementations completed successfully
- Hands-on post-go-live support experience
- Strong accounting/finance background CPA/ACCA/MIA is a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships at senior levels
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with F&B, retail, or distribution clients
- Exposure to process automation or AI-driven finance workflows
- NetSuite certifications
