Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Consultant Dermatologist. The Consultant Dermatologist will provide virtual dermatology consultations, assess and diagnose a range of skin conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for diverse populations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, conducting tele-dermatology assessments via video or secure messaging, prescribing appropriate therapies, and documenting encounters in digital health records. The role involves collaborating with MantraCare's multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical protocols, and offering guidance on dermatology-related aspects of chronic care and wellness programs. The Consultant Dermatologist may also provide input on AI-driven care pathways and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage common and complex skin conditions.
• Expertise in Acne management and related inflammatory skin disorders, including individualized treatment planning.
• Experience or training in Cosmetology and Cosmetic Dermatology for aesthetic procedures, cosmetic concerns, and skin health optimization.
• Valid medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent) and board certification or specialization in Dermatology, with active, unrestricted license in relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Prior telemedicine or virtual care experience, with comfort using digital health platforms and electronic medical records.
• Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a patient-centered approach suitable for diverse global populations.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and collaboration within multidisciplinary and AI-supported care models.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data privacy.
