About the role

Inspiren Network Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing - Sales Consultant to join our team in Penang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital marketing solutions to potential clients, building long-lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Conducting client needs assessments and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team targets
• Providing excellent pre-and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management
• Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to articulate the value of our solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
