Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company as well as the principal's objectives
  • Constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines, agencies or principals.
  • Identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support.
  • Gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
  • Track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales.
  • Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
  • Constantly survey the market and analyze the competitor's activities and new entrants.
  • Maintain good public relationship with principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the company's image.
  • Experience in leading team.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in consumer line.
  • Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills.
  • Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Relevant industry knowledge in the FMCG sector, particularly in the Food Category, is essential due to the fast-paced nature of the environment.
  • The role involves alcohol-related entertainment while meeting with customers.
