Prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company as well as the principal's objectives
Constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines, agencies or principals.
Identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support.
Gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
Track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales.
Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
Constantly survey the market and analyze the competitor's activities and new entrants.
Maintain good public relationship with principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the company's image.
Experience in leading team.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in consumer line.
Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills.
Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills.
Relevant industry knowledge in the FMCG sector, particularly in the Food Category, is essential due to the fast-paced nature of the environment.
The role involves alcohol-related entertainment while meeting with customers.
