Content Creator & Community Intern

Role Description

This is an internship, on-site role located in Petaling for a Content Creator & Community Intern. You will be responsible for creating high-quality digital content, managing and engaging with the online community, and supporting the development of social media campaigns. Key tasks include brainstorming creative ideas, crafting compelling posts, collaborating with the marketing team, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring the performance of campaigns to identify areas for improvement. The role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience and professional growth in a creative and driven environment.

Qualifications

• Content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing
• Social media management and engagement, with experience in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Rednote and TikTok
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with online audiences
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and knowledge of current trends in digital marketing
• Enthusiasm for e-commerce and creative storytelling
• Previous relevant internship or work experience is a plus
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
