Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Subang Jaya. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visuals for real estate activity marketing and branding.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative visuals for digital platforms (social media, ads, marketing materials)
  • Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Develop branding materials such as banners, posters, and promotional graphics
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs
  • Work closely with the marketing team on creative concepts
  • Design merchandise including layout for booklets, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Malay
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Preferably 1 year experience in relevant field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficiency with standard graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong sense of art, layout, colors, and typography
  • Creative, independent, and able to meet deadlines
