Position Overview
TheContent Creator (Live Host) Executiveis responsible for producing engaging live-stream content and digital media that promotes the brand, products, and campaigns of the F&B business. This role combines live hosting, content creation, and social media engagement to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion across online platforms.
The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about food, social media, and audience engagement.
Requirements
Education:Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field.
Experience:13 years of experience in live hosting, content creation, or social media management, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in live streaming tools and platforms.

- Video recording and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Basic photography and lighting knowledge.
Soft Skills:
- Confident, energetic, and articulate in live presentations.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.

- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly during live broadcasts.
Other Requirements:
- Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and evenings for live sessions.
- Knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Live Hosting & Digital Content
- Host live-stream sessions showcasing products, promotions, events, or brand activities on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Plan, script, and coordinate live content in alignment with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Engage with audiences in real-time, answering questions, moderating comments, and driving interaction to increase engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to integrate visual and interactive elements into live broadcasts.
Content Creation & Editing
- Produce digital content including videos, images, reels, and short clips to support live sessions and social media campaigns.
- Edit video content for post-production distribution across social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and style across all live and recorded content.
Audience Engagement & Performance Tracking
- Monitor live session metrics (viewership, engagement, click-through, conversion) and report results to the marketing team.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving content performance and audience reach.
- Respond promptly to audience feedback and manage online community interactions.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with outlets, chefs, and product teams for accurate product presentation during live sessions.
- Work with marketing and creative teams for campaign planning, visual direction, and promotion schedules.
- Stay updated on social media trends, live streaming techniques, and interactive digital marketing strategies.
