Location: IOI Business Park, Puchong
Salary Range: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
Responsibility
- Create high-quality content (photo, video, Reels, TikTok-style, on-camera content) for brands.
- Plan, film, edit, and produce daily/weekly content across all social media platforms.
- Manage posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, DM replies, comment monitoring, and community engagement.
- Brainstorm ideas, trends, scripts, and concepts for social media to increase reach and visibility.
- Host and support live sessions (approx. twice a week) at outlets.
- Assist with basic Shopee and online order tasks when needed.
- Support campaign execution including festive launches, promos, KOL/UGC content, and app-related updates.
- Track basic social media performance and give simple weekly updates (views, reach, top posts, growth).
- Collaborate with marketing team for branding consistency and timely content delivery.
- Lead initiatives to increase customer engagement, follower growth, and conversions through interactive content and campaigns.
- Perform other ad hoc marketing duties as assigned by Management.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Art & Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Adaptable and Trend-Savvy
- Constantly comes up with fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- A creative, dynamic, and energetic individual with a passion for digital trends and social media.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Positive, self-motivated, and a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
