Job Requirements
Minimum3 years of experience inTikTok content creation and operations, with a strong grasp of the platforms ecosystem, algorithm behavior, and trending content formats
Native-level proficiency in English, with fluent communication skills in Chinese and Malay to enable seamless collaboration with the China team
Proven expertise in TikTok video production, including platform-specific filming techniques and editing styles
Deep understanding of viral content mechanics and TikToks engagement logic
Strong digital intuition with the ability to quickly identify and adapt to global and Malaysian TikTok trends, memes, and challenges
Familiarity with the 3C digital and tech industry; prior experience in TikTok marketing for consumer electronics is preferred
Experience in building TikTok presence from scratch, whether for personal branding or official brand accounts, is a strong advantage
