We're looking for a Content Designer (Campaigns & Marketing Communications) to produce clear, effective, and on-brand content across campaigns and marketing touchpoints. This role focuses on user-facing promotional content, working closely with Marketing, Growth, Design, and Localization teams to ensure campaign messaging is accurate, consistent, and easy for users to understand.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Marketing Content
  • Write and structure content for campaign landing pages, banners, emails, push notifications, in-app campaign surfaces, and paid ads
  • Turn campaign briefs into clear user-facing messaging, including mechanics, rewards, and key actions
  • Ensure campaign content is concise, accurate, and aligned with campaign objectives
  • Balance clarity, persuasion, and compliance in promotional content
  • Collaboration & Quality
  • Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Design, and Operations teams throughout campaign execution
  • Work with Localization teams to ensure campaign content is translation-ready and scalable
  • Participate in content reviews and revisions to meet quality and accuracy standards
  • Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and messaging across campaign materials

Requirements

  • Experience writing for campaigns, marketing, or growth-driven digital products
  • Strong sense of user flow, hierarchy, and messaging prioritization
  • Ability to simplify complex mechanics and rules into clear, user-friendly language
  • Detail-oriented, especially with campaign logic, eligibility, and edge cases
  • Comfortable working with fast-paced timelines and multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Ability to contribute to campaign templates, messaging frameworks, and content guidelines
  • Familiarity with design workflows and tools such as Figma
  • Fluent both in English and Chinese
