Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru for a Content Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic content marketing plans to engage target audiences. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, creating engaging content to support marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams to align messaging, and analyzing content performance metrics to refine strategies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts for the company's innovative products.
1. Content Creation
Develop marketing materials including:
- Social media posts
- Marketing posters and graphics
- Short promotional videos
- Educational and informational content
- Produce creative content aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
2. Social Media Management
Manage the company's social media platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- Schedule and publish posts according to the marketing content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
3. Content Planning
- Assist in developing weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Ensure consistent publishing of marketing materials across platforms.
- Align content with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
4. Marketing Campaign Support
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create campaign visuals and marketing materials.
- Assist in promoting new products, services, and programmes.
5. Digital Advertising Support
- Assist in creating creative assets for online advertisements.
- Support the setup and monitoring of basic digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Track basic campaign performance metrics.
6. Performance Monitoring
Monitor content performance including:
- Engagement rates
- Reach and impressions
- Audience growth
- Prepare basic reports on social media and content performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research for identifying trends and creating actionable marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales to execute campaigns and support lead generation initiatives
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, to create compelling content and collaborate across teams
- Ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies based on performance data
- Proven experience in content marketing and campaign management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of the education
Education
Diploma in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Media Studies
- Business Administration
- or related field.
Experience
- 13 years experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered.
