Job Title: Content Moderator (Japanese Speaker)

Salary: RM 8,000 RM 9,000 per month
Job Summary
We are hiring Japanese speakers to join the Content Moderation team. You will review and monitor online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content including text, images, and videos
- Identify and remove content that violates platform policies
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases when required
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
- Japanese proficiency (spoken & written)
- Basic English communication skills
- Diploma or higher (certificate required)
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills OR
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation
- Comfortable working rotational shifts (including night shift)
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
