Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of content moderators to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Monitor daily operations, allocate tasks, and provide coaching to drive team performance.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare reports on performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 23 years experience in BPO, content moderation, or supervisory roles.
  • Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive content.
