Role OverviewAs a core content creator for public domain traffic, you will act as both a medical industry observer and content creator. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality content that supports Distinct Healthcare's global business (Global App, official websites, LinkedIn, etc.) and local public platforms (Redbook, domestic official website/APP, Facebook/Instagram official accounts).
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Creation
- Identify medical industry trends, Distinct Healthcare's service highlights (e.g., GP clinic features, Global App functional advantages), and user pain points (like a industry journalist).
- Develop content in various formats: written articles, short video scripts, and platform-specific content (e.g., Redbook seeding posts, Facebook medical education content, Instagram visual captions). Ensure content is professional, readable, and shareable.
Cross-Platform Content Adaptation
- Tailor content style and format to fit the characteristics of different public platforms.
- Maintain consistent content tone for global business while aligning with user preferences on each platform.
Material Sourcing & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Distinct's Singapore/Malaysia branches, GP clinics, and domestic teams to collect first-hand service stories, user feedback, and medical service data, then convert these into content materials.
- Work with the Global App operation team to synchronize content such as feature introductions and usage scenarios.
Content Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics: content exposure, read rates, engagement rates, and conversion data (e.g., official website/APP traffic, consultation booking volume).
- Analyze performance to refine content strategies and improve traffic acquisition efficiency from public domains.
Compliance & Brand Consistency
- Ensure medical-related content adheres to medical advertising regulations in target markets (Malaysia/Singapore/China) and Distinct Healthcare's brand guidelines.
- Mitigate compliance risks and strengthen the brand's professional image.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- 13 years of content operation experience (preferred: experience in healthcare/medical industry or cross-border business content operations).
- New graduates are welcome if they have strong writing skills and medical industry awareness
Core Competencies
- Solid writing skills: Ability to adapt to multiple content styles and find engaging angles from daily events or industry trends.
- Familiarity with public platform rules: Understand the operation logic and traffic recommendation mechanisms of Redbook, Facebook, Instagram, official websites/APPs.
- Cross-cultural communication skills: Proficient in creating content in both Chinese and English.
- Data sensitivity: Ability to derive optimization directions from content data; basic experience with data analysis tools (e.g., platform backend data modules).
