Job Description

Job Description:

  • Understand and enforce Shopee Content Policies
  • Develop operational strategies and ensure a smooth workflow by forecasting video supply and adjusting agent workforce management as needed
  • Monitor team performance (KPI, QA score) and address issues promptly
  • Support training and onboarding for new agents, ensuring agent accuracy and understanding of current or updated policies
  • Provide insights into root cause of issues on productivity and quality accuracy and propose appropriate solutions for both the short term and long term
  • Raise concerns regarding high-impact issues without delay


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, with 1-3 years of experience in a small team lead role or a relevant field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Excel, able to do pivot tables and VLOOKUP
