Job Type: Full-Time

Employment Type: Contract – Yearly Renewable

Salary: Up to RM3,250 + Shift Allowances + Weekend Work (1.5pay) + Public Holiday (double Pay)

Working Schedule: 5 Days Work / 2 Days Off

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts | 9 hours including 1-hour break

Mandatory: Bahasa Malaysia & English

Mandatory: Min Diploma in any field

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Quality Reviewer to review and validate content moderation decisions generated by AI.

In this role, you will assess AI-generated moderation outcomes against established content policies, guidelines and quality standards. You will identify inaccurate or inconsistent decisions and determine the appropriate outcome based on the applicable guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review content moderation decisions generated by AI against established policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate whether AI-generated moderation outcomes are accurate, appropriate and consistent.
• Identify incorrect, inconsistent or potentially missed moderation decisions.
• Review different types of user-generated content, including text, images, videos and other digital content.
• Validate AI classification, labelling and enforcement decisions and make corrections where required.
• Identify potentially harmful, sensitive, inappropriate or policy-violating content.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases according to established procedures.
• Provide accurate feedback and documentation relating to AI moderation performance.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when reviewing high volumes of content.
• Meet required quality, productivity and turnaround-time targets.
• Keep up to date with content policies, moderation guidelines and AI review standards.
• Handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Content Moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in any field are welcome to apply.
• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in English is required, including reading, writing and speaking.
• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required, including reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and consistently apply policies and guidelines.
• Comfortable working with digital content and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quality and productivity targets.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commence employment immediately or within 2 weeks.

Working Schedule

5 working days + 2 days off

The working schedule operates on a rotational basis and may include:

• Morning Shift
• Afternoon Shift
• Evening Shift
• Night Shift

9 hours per shift, inclusive of a 1-hour break.

Shift schedules are assigned according to operational requirements.
