Content Quality Reviewer

Role Description The Content Quality Reviewer role is a contract, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya. The individual in this role will review and evaluate digital and written content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to internal guidelines and client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing content for quality and relevancy, documenting issues, providing constructive feedback to content creators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also involves monitoring content performance, identifying patterns or recurring issues, and recommending improvements to processes and standards. The Content Quality Reviewer will maintain detailed records of reviews and support training initiatives to help enhance overall content quality.

• Strong analytical skills to assess content quality, identify errors or inconsistencies, and interpret content performance data.
• Clear and professional communication skills to provide feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and document findings.
• Customer service orientation to ensure content meets end-user needs, enhances user experience, and reflects client expectations.
• Technical support and troubleshooting abilities to understand content-related systems or platforms and assist with content issues.
• Experience in training or coaching to help content creators understand quality standards and improve their work.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience in content review, quality assurance, content moderation, or editorial roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, content management systems, and basic data or reporting tools is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Communications, Linguistics, Media, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
