Job Description
Position: Content Specialist Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-site, Hybrid (1 WFH day – Wednesday)
About the Role
This role is responsible for shaping and executing data-driven content strategies that guide consumers across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion. It blends strong storytelling, audience insight, and performance analysis to deliver impactful content while working closely with clients and internal teams to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client's target audience, their needs, and pain points.
- Map out detailed consumer journeys and marketing funnels, identifying key touchpoints and conversion opportunities.
- Analyse customer data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for content optimisation.
- Create high-quality content and be familiar with various content types, including blog posts, articles, social media copy, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Tailor content to specific stages of the consumer journey, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions.
- Develop and implement content calendars to maintain a consistent and effective content strategy.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Monitor analytics to track content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and brand voice.
- Prepare content strategies and recommendations to account managers or/and clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Embrace thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices for digital space.
Requirements
- At least 2 Years of working experience as a Content Executive/Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive or in the related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, marketing funnels, and marketing principles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different writing styles and tones.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform content decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English language-fluency written and spoken is a must. Mandarin fluency is an added bonus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess knowledge of digital marketing and community management.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in an advertising agency is an added advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing and content optimisation is a bonus.
