Role Overview
As an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization), candidates will evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. They will assess how effectively the model uses information from past Gemini conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube activity to generate relevant and helpful responses.
This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical rigor.
Key Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in the respective language (mandatory).
- Personal Google Account Usage: Willingness to use their primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources.
- Availability: 3040 hours per week, including 4 hours overlap with PST.
- Strong analytical thinking and evaluation skills
- Experience in AI quality evaluation, annotation, or related analytical roles (preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Desktop/Laptop with stable internet connection
Engagement Details
- Contractor role
- 30 hrs/week or 40 hrs/week options
- Minimum 4 hours per day commitment
Evaluation Process
The internal team is currently reviewing the assessment for this role. We will share the assessment details once they are finalized.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form.
- Once released, the assessment must be completed within 24 hours.
- Based on the assessment outcomes, we will contact shortlisted candidates to discuss pre-onboarding requirements.
