Job Overview

Support the Plant Continuous Improvement Manager in planning and executing TEOA (TE Operational Excellence) initiatives to achieve cost, quality, and delivery goals. Drive continuous improvement, train Value Stream (VS) teams, and implement digital factory projects to promote operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • TEBIT Projects
  • Plan and execute TEBIT (Total Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) projects, including digital value creation initiatives, via value streams.
  • Track and deliver measurable cost savings. KPI: Achieve 30% contribution to TEBIT cost-saving goals.
  • Kaizen and Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and facilitate at least 5 Kaizen events annually.
  • Drive financial savings through project implementation. KPI: Contribute 20% to cost-saving initiatives.
  • TEOA Culture and Training
  • Deliver training on Continuous Improvement tools, Kaizen, and digital factory processes to VS teams.
  • Promote a strong operational excellence culture. KPI: Achieve 20% training closure rate.
  • Standardization and CIP Deployment
  • Standardize Continuous Improvement processes through KAIZEN projects and CIP system deployment.
  • Develop and release standard work documentation. KPI: Contribute 20% to standardization goals.
  • Digital Factory Implementation
  • Coordinate the deployment of digital factory tools and ensure successful project completion. KPI: Achieve 20% closure rate for digital factory initiatives.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Experience: Prior experience in Lean, Kaizen, or operational excellence is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of TEOA, Kaizen, and digital factory tools.
    • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
    • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
