This role will be based in Campbell Plant, Petaling Jaya.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in conducting line capability study to identify improvement opportunity
- Support Continuous improvement project documentation, reports, Work Instruction, One Point Lesson (OPL) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct research and feasibility studies for new continuous improvement projects with operation team
- Monitor project progress, track timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, and quality).
- Involve in Gemba walk to identify waste opportunity and follow-up on the agreeable action list
Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Food Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on factory setting
