We are a Regional Multinational Company in Pharmaceutical Industry.

Has been well established in the market and plays a vital role in the pharmaceutical sector.

A research based Pharmaceutical Company with Manufacturing Facilities and Research and Development Center.

This is a contract position for 12 months.

Our KL office is accessible via LRT.

Position Summary

The Admin Assistant is to execute administrative duties and some related HR task in the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manning the reception area, attend to Company visitors and calls.

Responsible for administrative duties.

Assist in new hire preparation, company events and projects.

Assist in hotel booking and travel arrangements.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

Degree or Diploma in any field.

Experience in administrative duties for at least 3 years.

Pleasant personality with good communication skills.

Able to prioritize work .

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
