Job Description

  • Perform payment operations (e.g. insurance policies, vendor and staff claims) accurately and within SLA timelines
  • Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with payment standards and controls
  • Track and update payment transactions and statistics
  • Assist in resolving payment issues and troubleshooting errors
  • Support system enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and highlight potential risks

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Mandarin proficiency to liase with stakeholders/clients
  • 1–2 years of experience in payment operations / accounting / admin (insurance industry preferred, fresh grads welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
  • Good time management and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
