Job Description

  • The Digital Growth & Strategy Analyst supports the Head of Online Sales in driving profitable digital growth through performance analysis, customer insights, and strategic initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer experience, pricing, data, technology, products, and partnerships to identify growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and support informed decision-making.
  • Designed for a high-potential individual with strong analytical and commercial acumen, the role provides exposure to key digital business functions and offers a pathway to develop into a future digital commercial leader.
  • Online Business Performance & Commercial Analytics, Monitor and analyze online sales performance, revenue, conversion, profitability, acquisition costs, retention, and customer behaviour across products, channels, campaigns, and customer segments. Develop performance dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging business risks to drive informed decision-making.
  • Growth Opportunity Identification & Strategic Initiatives, Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and customer lifecycle performance to identify opportunities across acquisition, retention, cross-selling, renewals, and customer lifetime value. Support the design, execution, and measurement of strategic online sales initiatives by defining success metrics, tracking progress, managing risks, and evaluating business outcomes.
  • Pricing, Profitability & Portfolio Analysis, analyse product, pricing, channel, and portfolio performance to optimise revenue growth, conversion, and profitability. Partner with actuarial, product, and data teams to identify pricing and underwriting opportunities while monitoring claims experience, loss ratios, and overall business quality.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.
  • Internship experience, analytics projects, case competitions, or leadership involvement will be an added advantage.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercially curious with a passion for data-driven growth and digital business.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Eager to learn, continuously develop new skills, and stay abreast of industry and market trends.
