To examine material costs, outsourced labour costs, and other contract charges to ensure a healthy margin.
To assist with tendering, measurement confirmation, and contract management.
To prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities, in line with building and construction laws.
Work together and liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
To find and invite suppliers/subcontractors to submit quotations/proposals in accordance with the tender specifications.
To do work evaluation and process claim preparation and submission.
To prepare related reports and manage necessary paperwork for the team.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor&aposs Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Familiar with contract administration and contractual methods.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
