Job Description


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring contract documents, agreements, and correspondences.
  • Support tender preparation, submission, and clarification processes.
  • Assist in cost estimation, bill of quantities, variation orders, and progress claims.
  • Monitor and follow up on subcontractor quotations, claims, and payments.
  • Prepare reports and maintain proper contract documentation.
  • Coordinate with project team, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years working experience in construction / contracting industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of contract administration, costing, and claims.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to operate AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
